We are so excited to finally be able to offer our well-aged vanilla extract.  This is pure extract, using vodka as the extracting medium, but with no corn syrup added like the extract you will find in most stores.  We personally avoid unnatural sweeteners as much as we can, so for us, using our homemade vanilla has been yet one more step in eliminating them. 

We love this vanilla - it is nice and dark and strong.  We tend to be liberal in recipes that call for vanilla, because we love the flavor, but typically you would just use the amount called for in your favorite recipes, but more if you like.  We also love to add vanilla to our yogurts and kefir, right before consuming.  It really helps to curb the tart taste of the kefir, especially.  

There are so many uses for good vanilla such as this.  It will keep for about a year but if you are like us, you will use it up before then.  We just love the flavor of vanilla and find many uses for it.  We hope you enjoy it too!
