Latvian animator and illustrator Signe Baumane, who received some of her training working with the legendary Bill Plympton, brings her whimsical, slightly risque humor to life in these 10 short films. A tiny witch attempts to milk an enormous cow in Baumane's first piece, THE WITCH AND THE COW, while a lonely housewife's frustrations are humorously explored in NATASHA. Other works include FIVE F****** FABLES, THE GOLD OF THE TIGERS, and THE THREATENED ONE, an interpretation of a poem by Jorge Luis Borges.
