I strongly recommend getting insurance for your items for all domestic and international customers.   I use tracking numbers from the USPS, on all of my items (not available for first class mail).   I will not replace lost or stolen items if the tracking number proves I have done my part and shipped the item, nor do I replace items left in the rain.
