USA ORDERS/SHIPPING PROCEDURES (Within the USA)
USA Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail only. We ship via U.S. Postal Service to PO Boxes, APOs/FPOs.
All Domestic shipments will be with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. We will send you tracking number automatically via e-mail once your package ships.
If you would like to ship to an address that is not your current Paypal address, please include a note with your Paypal payment that lists the correct shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/SHIPPING PROCEDURS (Outside the US)
International Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail up to 4 lbs. Over 4 lbs must be USPS Priority Mail. Insurance or Tracking number is NOT available for this kind of service. If you choose USPS Priority Mail, insurance may be added. Also we offer USPS Express Mail with tracking # and insurance.
Please, contact us if you would like to to ship your items via these services.
Shipment take an average of 2-4 weeks for delivery due to customs. All duties, taxes and fees are due by the buyer (COD) upon delivery. Buyer is responsible for observing all customs rules and regulations and Anjee's Clothing and Accessories is not responsible for packages held by customs. Please, check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Please, note that Anjee's Clothing and Accessories are not responsible for service transit time. Transit time may vary and are approximate, particularly during peak periods. We are not responsible for items that are lost, late, held in customs, etc.

COMBINED SHIPPING
If you purchasing items with different shipping rates, the highest S&H will be used as the first rate and then adding the combined S&H rate for the other item/s.
Combined Shipping rates only apply when you win more than one item within 7 days and make ONE FULL PAYMENT.
If you are bidding on another auction and would like to qualify for our Combined Shipping Discount, you must wait until all auctions have ended to check out and pay. If you do not wait until all auctions have ended, any extra shipping charges paid will not be refunded. Please, do not wait more than 7 days to pay for any order, as this will result in your order may being canceled and items being relisted.
Combined shipping rates do not show up automatically. Please e-mail us requesting an invoice with combined shipping.
If seprate payments are made, combined shipping rates do not apply.
LOCAL RESIDENTS
Pick up service is available at out location. There's handling fee of $2.50 per item. Please, contact us before you pay, so we can adjust your invoice accordingly.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We accept returns for any reason. All returns must be made within 7 days after you receive your item/s. If for any reason you need to return a product, you may do so by sending it back to us. Please, include the original copy of invoice - the item #, your ebay user name, your last/first name, and a note explaning your reason for returning the item. If you forget to put the order/item number we will not process the refund. Your Buy it Now or wining bid amount will be refunded via the method that you originally paid. Your original shipping charges is not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping.
If you receive a product that is defective, specifically not as we described (however we will not dispute color with customer due to differences in lighting, fabric texture, and your computor settings - colors can differ) or incorrect item was shipped to you, please contact us immediatly and we will make it right at our expense. However, we do not refund tips, travel, packaging expences, etc.
Items must be returned in original condition with all tags still attached, without any signs of wear, smoke, etc. Your returned item will be carefully inspected and if there any signs of wear or smoke, we will mail the item back to you.
When we receive your package we will process the refund within 48 hours business days.
EXCHANGE
Since our inventory changes daily, we could not promise that we would have the same exact type of item/s in our inventory tomorrow. We sell our items for well below prices, so we are not able to offer this service.
