DOT’S SMOKER/BARBEQUE TRAVEL TO YOUR EATING LOCATION The Smoker/Barbeque is built on a trailer, using tube steel, 2 white spoke wheels with 6 ply 15 inch tires on a 3500 pound axle. This was built to combine all smoke and heat to a consistent level from front to back which makes it unique. This can be pulled to any location for festivals, tailgating, or backyard festivities with the capability of supplying meat for 2000 or more dinners or sandwiches. Use to make money or just to enjoy the company of others. With the smoker being the main enjoyable part of Dot’s Smoker, three levels are provided to smoke ribs, pork, beef, chicken or meat of choice. This will hold approximately 500/650 pounds of Boston Butts Pork. Two levels pull out making loading, checking meat during smoking process for doneness, and to unload meat to platter for the meal or sandwiches much easier. Pulling these out while checking meat will also prevent arms and body parts from getting burned during the smoking process. The wood burning box is made with 3/8” steel with grates to hold 5 to 10 large pieces of chopped hickory, oak, or apple wood. This will keep the temperature at a steady 450 to 500 degrees. The warmer is over the firebox to keep the meat warm when the meat is completely done to prevent meat from getting cold before it is served. The charcoal pit is an excellent addition to this smoker. Put the charcoal in, get it hot, and put 50 to 60 medium sized burgers or 100 to 150 hotdogs and watch the food sizzle. Add barbeque or trimmings to your taste.
