Order processing Orders are processed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within one business day. Orders must be received (checkout completed and payment verified) by 12:00pm IST to be eligible for expedited service.
Reduced shipping for multiple items We combine shipping for multiple items as long as you do not complete checkout prior to adding additional items. For orders with multiple items, you will be charged the appropriate additional item fee after the first item which will be charged at the single item rate.
Insurance All items are insured. If your item is damaged in shipment, we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Order tracking You will receive an order confirmation with an EMS tracking number once the item ships. Online tracking might not be available in some countries.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, you are not happy with your item, it may be returned within 14 days. The item must be received in the same condition as it was sold and include all accessories, if applicable. A return authorization must be granted and customer is responsible for all shipping and duties and taxes, if applicable.
Issues with shipment Each item that is shipped is insured. If you received a damaged item please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will work with you to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
