AUSTRALIAN BLACK OPAL DOUBLET is a authentic, precious real Opal attached to an ironstone boulder backing. This makes the opal stronger & less prone to chipping.As a rule doublets are cheaper than solids.....but at most times high quality doublets are more expensive than low grade solids.
