Return policy: As shown in our feedback and detailed seller ratings, we work very hard to list and photograph all items completely and honestly.  Therefore we only accept returns if an item was not as described or photographed in the auction.  All items are sold As Is.  If an item is found to be not as described or photographed, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item as shown by the delivery confirmation provided by United Parcel Service or the Postal Service.  To initiate a return, you must receive a RMA number by using the Contact Seller Link or by calling our store at (240) 361-4500 and asking for Customer Service.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Returned item must be received in original condition with all parts included and the RMA # clearly written on the shipping label. Damaged items are not accepted for return.  In the event of damage during shipping the shipping company may take 30 days to process a claim. All damaged during shipping claims will be refunded once the claim is approved.

We accept Pay Pal. Funds must be payable in US dollars.

Items must be paid within 7 days or item will be relisted, sale voided and non payer bid alert filed with eBay to recoup our listing fees. Item will automatically be relisted on the 8th day after sale. We do not make exceptions to this policy. We may cancel orders from eBay IDs showing little recent activity or with a high percent of negative feedback.We may cancel auctions if a major error is discovered in the listing.  The error will be corrected and the item relisted. Pay Pal payments for items over $150 require a Pay Pal approved (confirmed) shipping address. Under no circumstances will we change the ship to address the buyer provides during checkout.  Please ensure the address you provide during checkout is the correct address.

General:  Please use the eBay shipping calculator to calculate shipping charges. For USA destinations we use the United Parcel Service (UPS).  On occasion we ship using the United States Postal Service.  All items ship within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment confirmation. A tracking number or delivery confirmation number is emailed once available. UPS does not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address is required for UPS shipments.

International Buyers:  For international shipments, where permitted, and (1) we ship using Express Mail International or Priority Mail International; (2) We only accept PayPal; and (3) Returns are not allowed. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
