THE 8" X 10" X 1/4" THICK BOOK IS IN OVERALL VERY GOOD + CONDITION.

THE BOOK WOULD BE CONSIDERED NEAR MINT EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING DISTRACTIONS:

1) FRONT AND BACK COVER HAVE RUB WEAR, EDGE WEAR, CORNER BUMPS AND SPOTTY STAINING 2) SPINE HAS BUMPS TOP AND BOTTOM 3) 3 PAGES HAVE SMALL INSCRIPTIONS WITH THE LAST OF THE THREE BEING IN ERASED PENCIL CONDITION(PHOTO REFERENCES FOR ALL 3 OF THESE AREAS ARE ENCLOSED) 4) INTERNAL PAGES HAVE LIGHT RUB WEAR AND LIGHT SPOTTY STAINING HERE AND THERE
