SHIPPING POLICY:
Combine all of your purchases for a discounted shipping charge under the following terms:
*All purchases are made within a 3 day period.
*Your entire order is paid for in ONE payment
*You complete the checkout process after the last purchase is made.
PLEASE NOTE: If you bid on or purchase several items, you MUST request a combined shipping total when ALL of your items
have been purchased. We will not refund the shipping discount if items are paid for separately. If you are interested in combined shipping, please contact Holiday House Gifts Customer Service.
By bidding on an auction or making a purchase, you are agreeing to the shipping fee. Listed shipping rates apply to the
continental United States via Standard Ground Shipping ONLY. AK, HI, other locations outside the Continental U.S., or expedited shipping require additional fees. We ship to the United States and it's territories ONLY. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT NEGOTIABLE. If you do not agree with the shipping costs, DO NOT BID OR MAKE PURCHASES.
Our items are professionally packaged and double boxed* for extra care during shipment. Package tracking information will be
sent to your e-mail address as soon as it is available. A tracking number will also be posted with your item listing information on eBay.
* Very small and/or completely non-fragile items may NOT be double boxed, though extremely well packaged, especially those items sent via USPS.
Holiday House Gifts ships weekdays (Monday - Friday). We DO NOT ship on weekends or national holidays. Purchases made on
Fridays usually ship (and you will receive tracking) on MONDAY. We CANNOT ship with a buyer's own UPS or FedEx account.
Holiday House Gifts ships within 72 hours of item payment clearing.
Ground shipping services should deliver your package within 10 business days.
Delays in package arrival are commonly caused by the following:
*weekends and national holidays (these days DO NOT count toward our stated delivery times)
*delay of payment by the buyer - we DO NOT ship at end of SALE, we ship on receipt of payment.
*scheduling delays by the Shipping Company - once the shipper receives your item, Holiday House Gifts™ has no control
over it. Even if the package tracking states "rescheduled delivery", the actual delivery date is usually within the original estimated
time of arrival.
The above notice is to illustrate that nearly all delays in shipping are the result of conditions beyond the control of
Holiday House Gifts™ and should not be considered due to fault or failure on our part.
*NOTICE* Holiday House Gifts™ DOES NOT ship to CANADA. Purchases made with a Canadian shipping address will be
cancelled. This policy is plainly stated and any negative feedback will be disputed. |
REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY:
Please contact our friendly Customer Service Dept. with issues regarding refends or returns.
We will provide you with options and assist you any way we can.
If you have received a product in damaged condition, we will send a replacement or refund at our discretion. SHIPPING FEES
ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your damaged item for a Return Authorization Number. We
will NOT accept unauthorized returns. Items must be returned in their original box. Any damage that occurred AFTER the item as
been used is NOT returnable to us. Refer to any manufacturer's warranties for their return policies.
If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of
receipt. A Return Authorization Number must be issued by our return department before any returns will be accepted. Please be
aware that non-defective merchandise refunds will be the sum of the original price paid, less all shipping and handing fees and a
30% restocking fee. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipment. All refunds will be issued by the same means of
payment (i.e. We DO NOT issue the refund in the form of a check if the original payment was made with PayPal). Non-defective
merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance: 1. Merchandise must be in its original
packaging. 2. Merchandise and packaging must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced upon receipt by Holiday House Gifts™.
EXCHANGE: All items are inspected for damage prior to shipment. If any damage occurs, please notify us within 3 days of
receiving the damaged item. You must provide photographs of your damaged item in order to file a claim. Please allow two weeks
for damaged item claims to be processed. Any claim filed after 3 days of receipt of item will be REFUSED. |

NON-PAYING BIDDERS POLICY:
We report ALL non-paying customers to eBay and your account may be submitted to our law firm for collection. Disputes are filed on
non-paying customers which could lead to your suspension from eBay. Purchases through eBay are a BINDING CONTRACT.
Please do not bid or purchase if you do not intend to honor this contract. If you have made a bid or purchase by your own error,
please contact us immediately so that we can cancel your sale. We reserve the right to impose a $10.00 cancellation fee. If you
