Book has been in srorage for years and is in excellent condition. Pages are like new. A couple corners are slightly bent and a wee bit of rubbing in the other coner. Actually this book is about as good as you can get, I'm just a knit picker in describing every little detail but don't ever think you'll get stuck with what you don't like.
