Shipping Policy
WE DO NOT SHIP TO UNLESS USPS EXPRESS:
Shipping and handling is based on the size and weight of the item.
Our shipping team uses the best quality boxes and materials to ensure that your item is packed safely.
Most items are pre-packed and ready to be shipped when payment is received. Because of this, we cannot provide a significant discount fo combined shipping. We will do everything we can do reduce the cost for multiple items.
Handling & Packaging fee's may vary from $1.00 to $4.00 depending on the item. The higher cost would be for items which require special / extra care packaging such as China, and Glass Items.
Items are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on weight and size of the item. The carrier will be determined at our discretion. Small items may be shipped to a P.O. Box, but larger and heavier items must have a physical address. If you provide a P.O. Box but your item can't be shipped via USPS, your money will be refunded and you will need to re-submit payment with a physicl address.
Local pick-up is available at our Fort Worth store. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time. Local Pickup is the final item cost + 8.25% Texas Sales Tax, as well as our packaging and handling fee ranging from $1.00 to $4.00 - if applicable and depending on the item.
Do you combine shipping for multiple items?
Most of our items are pre-packed, and therefore we cannot offer a significant discount for multiple items. We will do our best to give you the lowest price possible.
Can you ship outside of the United States ?
Each of our auctions has unique shipping terms. Please check the bottom of the auction in question under Shipping and Handling.

We are not responsible for any additional fee's that your countries customs may charge. We are not responsible for items which were not insured.
Can you send me additional photos of the item?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we process, we cannot take additional photos after an auction has begun. |
Payment Policy
Payments must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. If payment is not recieved by the 9th day and you have not made any contact reguarding your payment, we may do a second chance offer or relist.
PayPal payments are preferred! Payments over $1,000 will only be accepted via PayPal. Credit card payments are accepted via PayPal only, with the exception of local customers. They may come in and pay with their debit or credit card at our store location. For U.S. buyers, if payment is sent via PayPal, the item will only be shipped to the confirmed address on the sending PayPal account, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.
If you are ordering an item which is general and needs specific information to complete the order, please include the related information into the payment notes or send a message letting us know the details.
Return Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds of the purchase price (less shipping) promptly if we fail to describe our item accurately. We cannot refund shipping charges. Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of your receipt of the item, and the item returned within 7 days of buyer receipt.
Items such as Computer Software, Computer Video Games, DVD's, Music CD's, VHS Tapes, and Audio Cassettes / CD's (and anything that can be copied onto another media of the same type or different type) can not be returned unless we sent out the wrong item. These items can be exchanged for the exact same title (if in stock).
