Items  may take 3-5 days after payment receipt to ship, however, many orders can be shipped same day.  Items can be shipped in multiple boxes and can arrive on different dates.  Shipping will be either from the warehouse via UPS or from my boutique via USPS.  Insurance is included in the UPS shipping however, if your items are shipped USPS you will be offered insurance at a minimal charge.  I will not be responsible for losses or damages if you decline to insure your shipment.  All sales are final.

Because I am a retail boutique, occasionally my information from Trend Lab can't keep up with their actual stock.  I try to carry THE trendiest, most up-to-date styles, etc. for my customers.  Because of that, specific styles/designs can sell out fairly quickly (they're just so darn cute!).  If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and will be given an option of partial/full refund or exchange for comparable item. YOU MAY CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE FOR VERIFICATION OF AVAILABILITY.  This is a rare occurance but it is a possibility.  For example, they offer hundreds of items and as of today, only 8 are out of stock.  Out of stock items may be backordered and can take 4-6 weeks (approx.) to arrive. Again, you will be notified immediately.

Shipping discounts may be available for multiple purchases but must be paid for in ONE SINGLE COMBINED PAYMENT in order to receive discount.  Because we incur additional fees on each payment received, we will not be able to pass on a discount on shipping unless you wait and pay for your items ALL AT ONE TIME - we will send an adjusted invoice once you are finished shopping with us.  Simply request a total for multiple purchases upon completion.
