All our auction pages have the S&H charges stated for each item in the lower 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii and US territories please email for a USPS priority mail shipping quote prior to purchase. For international shipments we ship via USPS Airmail (International ground service is no longer available). EMAIL US BEFORE YOU BID FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUOTES. Once you buy an item you are responsible for paying for it and the shipping charges, no exceptions. International customers need to wait for us to send an invoice before paying, this is to make sure the correct shipping charges are billed and paid. We only ship items when they are paid for in full. We determine what is the best shipping option to use.

For continental US buyers we combine S&H charges for unpaid items won only within 4 days of each other and all need to be paid for on one invoice (no exceptions). For combined shipping within these parameters you must WAIT for us to send you an invoice, ebays system does not automatically determine shipping at our combined rates. For international customers we also only combine shipments for unpaid items won within 4 days of each other and all listed on one invoice, the charges are based on the weight and size of the items along with the applicable costs as listed below.

Basic costs of shipping all packages include:
-UPS rate for continental US packages (includes up to $100 in insurance per package) or USPS rate (the latter does not include insurance) - we reserve the right to determine which shipping option we will use
-UPS residential surcharge & out of area charges(avg's around $2.50-$3.25) per package for applicable continental US shipments
-UPS fuel surcharges for applicable continental US shipments
-UPS dimensional weight charges (additional charges they apply for larger/heavier boxes)
-Cost of boxes, labels, tape and packing materials
-Time (takes us 25-35 hours a week just to ship out items)
-Paypal fee's (paypal takes fee's out of the shipping amount paid, not just the item cost)

If you buy multiple items and they do not all fit within 1 box (an example would be several 1/16 tractors), you will be charged to ship the items in multiple boxes. For some of our larger items we state outright in the description that they are too large to ship with any other items.

We do not ship to PO Boxes in the continental U.S.

International customers please be aware that USPS international shipping rates increased recently (especially to Australia/NZ), so expect to pay more for shipping (ASK BEFORE BIDDING/BUYING).

We strive to offer fair shipping prices given the multiple price increases in shipping costs that have occurred in the last year. Since we offer items with no reserve to our customers, our shipping charges have to cover our actual costs. We do not have a reserve built into our item prices to cover these costs as some ebay sellers do.

SHIPPING TIME LINE:
For all domestic shipments sent via UPS we send the customer an email thru UPS with the tracking information on the package when we ship it out. Given all the spam filters, before you contact us check your junk email folder for this message if you do not see it. We work hard to ship all paid items out within 3 business days in the continental US. International shipments can take a little longer. Holidays can also affect the timing of shipments both on our end and by UPS/USPS.

If you provide us with an incorrect address you are responsible for paying for all fee's and additional shipping charges we incur after shipment. This includes UPS address correction fee's (which are $8. or higher per package), and the cost of reshipping the item. So please make sure that you have your full and complete address listed on your payment. We ship to the address listed on your paypal payment.
