the left is the menu that enables you to access all the modules. Under
Home, notice the Documents and Mail, Contacts, Schedule, Image, and
Documents Editor modules. Click on Schedule and the appointment and
time management calendar opens. The Documents and Mail module
is designed for easy letter management and is capable of using
mail-merge to quickly make letters using your already loaded leads
information. You can import your leads into the software in .csv format.
The Real Estate Section... At
the left menu, when you click on Real Estate, the Prospects and
Properties sections are made available. Just click on one these and go
to the section you need. Here the Properties module has been opened
revealing the multi-tabbed area for each property. Within each property
are subsections for property information, images for interior and
exterior, comps and financial data, a subsection for repairs and costs
tracking, Google Maps and MapQuest access and Ebay access.
