Toy Story Woody Talking Back Pack

This is a talking back pack that Woody would use from the movie Toy Story.  Press the button on the back and it says:

The back pack has two rigid straps, a rolled blanket on top, a canteen on the side and he is carrying a small friend with him.  It's adorable!
