Pattern book in excellent used condition. 
 
Instruction included to make dolls using 2 liter plastic soft drink bottle, ribbon, whip stitch to gather ruffles, and glue.
 
Patterns include:  Gingham Cupie Do's, Southern Belle, Bride, Clown, Playtime Pals, Party Ruffles, Country Girl, Li'L Cupie Do's, Colonial Lady, Flower Girl, LaSenorita, Austrian Girl, Spring Gingham, Summertime, Indian Maiden, Happy Holly-Days, Pilgrim Girl, Old Fashioned Girl, Baby, Tiny Doll, Wine Ruffles, Betsy Ross, Satin and Lace, Angel inLace, Sunday Best
