Are the sides on that piece straight, MissLynette? Yes. It's a trick of camera perspective which makes it appear otherwise.
MLN 1007.08 / Antique Oak Mirror Back Dresser / Washstand / Bathroom Vanity
ATTRIBUTES: Gorgeous solid oak, quarter-sawn grain, smooth-sliding dovetailed drawers with original heavy drop hardware. This has a fantastic tall mirrored back that rises above a fetching backsplash. Hand-beveled oval mirror adds a jewel-like sparkle to this handsome old piece.
POTENTIAL USES: It's a grand little dresser or washstand, but we can't look at it without imagining that top fitted with a porcelain bowl and some fetching hardware, making this an exquisite little bathroom vanity. We converted a 1920s French art deco dresser to serve as a vanity in one of our baths and the result is fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased, and having looked at all offerings online and locally, this last-resort conversion turned out to be the most marvelous thing we could have done. This piece has that look ~ it would be just right for that purpose.

Finally, please understand that we are a small, family-operated business and we sleep and take weekends off to tend to our elderly parents. We'll respond to all questions asked as quickly as possible. If you do not hear from us, check your spam filter!! Or call us. We love to talk to our customers.
