About The Original Ball Bag:
Doug Rugg, founder of the Original BALLBAG carried the idea around with him to manufacture and sell his unique bags from a childhood experience. As a child in Orange County, California, there were many sunny days to be out on a basketball court in the summer and after school. Each day, he would ride his bike to the Boy's Club to shoot hoops. His mode of transportation, his bike, was great - except when trying to get home with a drink in one hand and a basketball in the other. His problem played out one day as he lost his balance and crashed his bike into a parked car.
That memory stayed with him, and he knew the answer was in a small carrier for his single basketball that he could use as a backpack, or over the shoulder, hands free bag. Decades later, this idea became the Original BALLBAG reality.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just call the toll-free phone number in the order receipt you will receive to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.
Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse and you will be charged the 10% restocking fee which is charged to us by eBay. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you. Please call the toll-free phone number on your order receipt and our customer service team will arrange this for you. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within two weeks of being ordered.
