- We retain the copyright on all design and graphics, and reserve the right to feature your website and graphics throughout our website and promotion materials, and that is free advertisement for your site too. :)
- Upon receipt of payment in full, you will be the listed as the domain registrant (owner).

Refunds
- Our top priority is our reputation, as well as developing and maintaining a happy client base. However, due to the nature of the custom design services we provide, we are unable to offer refunds, as the time and expense we already invested in the project need to be covered.

The Design Process
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a request for information required to begin your project. Please note that custom graphics take longer, and if time is a concern, you should contact us prior to purchasing, for an estimated time frame.

Within usually 10 working days (Mon-Fri), our designer will have an initial site ready for your viewing. You will be contacted by email. It's at this time you may submit a basic set of revisions if you have any.

After your approval of the finished design, we can help you to post the final files to your web host account and make sure everything works as promised. When you agree the project is complete, we will help you to set the site "live" and send the site files via CD or zip email so you always have a backup.
