You can send a special greeting this year with personalized magnets that will stick around long after the boxed cards have been tossed. These designs can include your children, family photo, dog...just about any photo you'd like to share with your family and friends. Our personalized magnets are a heavy 35-mil thickness that are printed with your special photo(s), artwork and celebration text in digital laser colors that will not smear or rub off. Each magnet measures 3.5" x 5" and can be arranged either horizontal or vertical in design. This listing is for 24 JUMBO magnets.

You simply choose a style from the templates provided in this listing or visit our other listings for more pre-designed templates. ANY template in ANY of our other listings may be used for ANY size magnet without an extra charge. Also, for an additional design fee, our experienced designer will create a custom-designed magnet just for you. The design fee will vary depending on the time involved. We do not recommend that a customer supply his or her own artwork; however, if you have a design that you really want to use, please contact us to discuss how to proceed. In these instances, it is best if you provide us with the background separate and permit us to apply the text to insure the best quality in print.

So here’s what you do:

1. Buy-it-Now and make the payment
2. Select a design from the samples and note the MAG #
3. Email your information to us at sales@magnetsandlabels.com. Your email must include the MAG# (located on the magnet and also in the caption area), name(s) to be used, date and location of event, photo to be used and address where magnets will be mailed.
4. IMPORTANT – as the buyer, you must be available by email for us to communicate with you. We cannot work efficiently if you purchase and are then not available. If you purchase our listing and you do not hear from us very soon afterward, please check your bulk mail or spam folder. You may need to add us to to your address book or approved email recipients. 

Photos:
YES: High-resolution digital photo saved in jpg format; bright, colorful close-ups of the subject matter
NO: Old photos with creases or those that are fuzzy, too dark or too light; low resolution photos. (You may email a questionable photo to us and we will let you know if it can be used effectively)

Sorry, we can NOT print in gold, silver or white.
We do not provide proofs of artwork prior to order placement AND payment - NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will design your magnet once your payment and information is received (usually within 1 to 2 business days from approved payment). We then email a sample to you for your approval. It is YOUR responsibility to proofread the sample to make sure date(s), spelling, location, colors, style, etc., are correct! Once you approve the email sample, we will print and mail your magnets. You can expect to receive your magnets within 5 to 10 business days from proof approval depending on your location, unless you have upgraded shipping to Priority Mail.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of sale. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a "non-paying bidder" report will be filed with eBay to recover the fees of the listing.

We gladly accept PayPal including e-checks and credit cards registered through PayPal.

Sales tax of 7% will be added to all sales in the state of Florida.

Magnets are shipped via USPS Parcel Post. We do not require that you purchase insurance. However, while we take extra care in packaging your magnets, we are not responsible for their delivery. If you are concerned about loss or damage, please consider the optional insurance available when paying.

Shipping charges include a small handling fee and are based on current USPS Parcel Post fees and includes the Delivery Confirmation. You must advise us if you need your magnets by a certain date and we will gladly upgrade to Priority Mail at an additional charge for quicker delivery. No refunds will be issued for shipments that arrive late due to any USPS delays.

Our listings are typically buy-it-now and not auction style, so your purchase is very similar to buying from an online store. With this in mind, we need to be in direct contact once you have purchased one of our items.
 
If we do not receive all of your order information at the time of payment and you do not respond to our request for that information, we will hold your order for ten (10) days ONLY. By placing your bid with us, you signify that you recognize and AGREE to all of the conditions described herein. We utilize the eBay Non-Paying Bidder Program and will report anyone who does not abide accordingly.

Customer is fully responsible for final proofreading and layout approval prior to the printing process. Magnets and Labels is NOT LIABLE for errors on final product caused by customer-approved misspelling, grammar, or punctuation. Customer-supplied graphics' colors must be supplied in CMYK (4 color) format or Pantone Matching System (PMS) color number. Since colors on computer monitors can vary greatly, IF an exact color match is required, a sample of the color(s) should be sent to us via US Mail prior to any design work or printing.

All artwork, designs and images must be provided at a minimum of 300 dpi. Magnets and Labels is NOT LIABLE for images that print fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer-provided artwork. 

Since orders are unique to each customer and have no resale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In a rare instance; however, that we make an error and we verify that it IS our error; we will reprint the order and ship it at our cost. No Refunds or Credits will be issued.

If an error is discovered in a received product, such error must be reported to Magnets and Labels within 24 hours of receipt. To receive a replacement order, customer must return, at their expense, 100% of the defective product within ten (10) days from the date the ordered product was delivered.
