GRADE CATEGORIES

Use the grade category as a guideline, but be sure to read the entire item description carefully and review all photographs.

MINT CONDITION
Items that are in brand new condition, with no indication of wear or use, sometimes with original packaging.

NEAR MINT CONDITION
Items that have evidence of light handling, but no nicks, dents, or chips.

EXTREMELY FINE CONDITION
Items that display a small amount of wear to finish or base, but retain most of original condition. Evidence of handling and minor scratches, but retains its full color, luster, and clarity. No nicks, dents, or chips, unless otherwise noted.

VERY FINE CONDITION
Item displays moderate wear with some newness. May have some scratches and evidence of handling, with bright colors and luster. Some soiling or stains, but no dents, chips, or repairs unless otherwise noted.

FINE CONDITION
Item displays quite a bit of use, may have minor flaws, scratches, dents, or blemishes. Minor repairs possible, with slight loss of detail.

VERY GOOD CONDITION
Item may display evidence of chips, tears, soiling and fading. May not be in working order.

FAIR CONDITION
Items in this grade are very old, sometimes dirty and worn, and exhibit scratches and blemishes. Sometimes incomplete or missing pieces, may not be in working order.

Invoicing

Buyer will be e-mailed an invoice within 24 hours of the auction close which includes total shipping amount plus insurance. You can also use the shipping calculator and pay immediately. If you would like a shipping estimate before purchasing, please use the calculator. If you are buying multiple items, please wait for me to combine them in a single invoice. Payment should be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice via Paypal, unless you have discussed other arrangements with me first. If you do not receive an invoice within that time, then use the "Request Total" option to notify me. If payment will be delayed for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact me. If I have not heard from you within a reasonable amount of time, and you have failed to make payment or communicate a delay, a nonpayment dispute incident may be opened with eBay and you will receive a nonpayment mark.

Shipping Info

Buyer pays actual shipping and insurance costs, no handling fees. Please note, that due to my work schedule items normally will ship once a week the following Monday after receipt of payment. Items paid for late on Sundays may not ship until the following week. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please e-mail me. International buyers - Please be aware that items may sometimes be delayed in your customs office, and may not be delivered until all customs duties are paid. To expedite a shipment held by customs in your country, contact your local post office with the tracking number for assistance. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds

If you feel any item was not as described, was damaged in transit, or there is some other problem with it, please contact me via email to discuss the problem. If you must return an item for a refund, please do so within 14 days of contacting me, or the offer to return it may be withdrawn. Normally refunds are not issued until the item has been returned, or a damage claim submitted and approved by the carrier. A refund will be issued promptly once your returned item is received.

Feedback

Positive feedback is provided to all buyers after the item has been shipped and as long as there are no unresolved problems with the transaction. Due to eBay policies regarding transactions, please leave feedback within a few days of receiving your item so I know you received it safely. If you are not happy with your transaction, please discuss with me first before leaving any negative feedback. When providing a feedback rating please be fair, since my fee discount is directly affected by your rating. I can not control shipping rates by carriers, by purchasing an item you are agreeing to pay their rate. Please note my posted shipping schedule and keep that in mind when rating shipping time.
