Payment is accepted through PAYPAL, and is expected within three days of auction end. If you are bidding on additional items, or need additional time, I am extremely easy to work with. All I ask is that you communicate and let me know. If I have not had a response in 5 days I will file a claim with Ebay. That is something that I really hate to do, but unfortunately, there are a lot of non-paying bidders out there.

Shipping will be via USPS first class or priority mail, and I only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Ebay recently updated their insurance policy, and will not allow sellers to offer optional insurance. So, there is a handling fee included in the shipping price which includes insurance for loss or damage. I love to combine shipping on multiple items - I really do! I am also an Ebay buyer and I hate to pay alot for shipping on the items I buy! For shipping of multiple wins, you pay the shipping on the heaviest item and then just $1.00 for each additional infant/children's item or just $2.00 for each additional adult clothing item. (United States only. Large clothing lots excluded from shipping discounts.) I currently ship to U.S. only. I will ship international to many countries by special request, but please email for cost PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Returns will be accepted only in the case of item misrepresentation. Please read descriptions carefully, and contact me with any questions.

Items will come to you clean, from a smoke-free home. I do have two wonderful short-haired dogs, but I promise they do not wear any of the clothes I sell :) However, it would be very possible for one of their short little hairs to make it's way into your package. So, if you are allergic or this would bother you, please do not bid. I try to describe items and flaws (if any) very carefully, but I am human and could miss something. If you receive something that is not as described, or if you have any problem at all, please contact me ASAP. I will do my absolute best to satisfy my buyers. My feedback scores are very important to me - Please let me know if you are unhappy, and I will do my very best to make it right.

Please contact me via Ebay message. If you send an email outside of Ebay, I might not get it in a timely manner. I check for Ebay messages frequently throughout the day, and usually respond within a few hours.
