New, in package, Dusty Rose Crystalline 60 yard Petticoat, three layers - top layer is American Crystal Fabric which has an iridescent, sparkling quality,  the middle layer is nylon net with the bottom tier American Crystal over a layer of  nylon organza, the bottom tier is also American Crystal.  Leaderline is inserted in the matching binding of each bottom ruffle for fullness that lasts and lasts.    Elastic waist.    

Length and waist are adjustable.  Petticoat can be shortened by removing the elastic from the casing and inserting it into another casing.  Made in USA by Malco Modes.  This is the perfect petticoat !!  Large: 23" long    Waist:  26" - 46"
