Little Golden Book I Can't Wait Until Christmas

Proceeds from the sale of this book will benefit our local library through the efforts of the local chapter of Friends of the Library who continue to receive donations of Little Golden Books and other titles.  We are listing books daily.

THIS BOOK IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.  Like every child, Big Bird is anxious for Christimas to arrive.  He is expecting his Granny to come for Christmas and with the help of Maria, he makes her a bird house like the one her grandpa gave her when she was a little chick.  He talks to her as the weeks go by and she does not want a hint about her gift even through Big Bird wants to tell her what it is each time they talk.  She does give him suggestions of things to do to make the time go quickly.  Christmas finally arrives and everyone has a delightful and happy holiday.     

Marks:  No name in name plate, no tape, no writing or marks on pages or covers.

Tears:  None

Corners:  Page corners are square with the first three bottom corners having folds of 1/8" and less.  Cover corners are square with very, very minor color loss to front and back plus bottom back has 1/16" deep paper cover loss and top corner has 1/8" deep paper cover loss, the brown board shows on both.   

Binding:  Tight, foil is bright, complete and totally attached; spine corners have very minor minor scuffs.

Cover:  Front cover is like new color wise with very, very minor color loss to edges (see photo).  Back cover also has very, very minor color loss to edges.      

This seller accepts PayPal and personal checks.  

A flat shipping fee of $2.15 for a single Little Golden Book will be charged.  Shipping for two and three LGBs is $2.50, for four to six the fee is $2.75 and goes higher depending on the number of books to be shipped.  Buyer will be notified of the shipping fee for books totaling seven or more as well as out of country fees should they be needed.  These rates are our actual cost including the mailer.

Shipping:  I do my best to ship on the same day I receive payment but item will be shipped no later than two business days after payment is received.
