Shipment Information:

• We use USPS for first class and light packages and UPS for heavier or bulkier items. We use USPS to international locations. We instruct all carriers for shipments other than first class to notify our customers with a tracking number by email.
• If you have specific shipping or packaging requests, please clear them by emailing before bidding and every effort will be made to accommodate you, although some requests may require additional fees.

Return Policy:

• All sales are final, unless the item received differs significantly from the description or condition noted in the auction. If this occurs, we accept returns if notified wihin 7 days of receipt or the itm and the item is returned within 10 days of the close of the auction in the same condition as when shipped.

E. D. Culp Collection:

• My father, the late Edwin D. Culp, was an author of several books on Oregon and Railroad history. He had a large collection of Oregon and Railroad memoribilia. Much of what I list belonged to him. My sister, under CULPRID eBay userid, auctioned much of the collection a few years ago. She is helping me get started, which is why my userid is similar. If you are in anyway concerned about my being new, please contact her.
