The pages are in nice shape (see scan) - whole, unmarked, flexible, and not badly aged.  The cover retains most of its original gloss, but is not attached by the top staple.  The front cover has some wear and nicks running along the top and a crease mark at the tip of the lower right corner.  The back cover has light wear along the top.  Except for that staple, a very nice copy.

Please do study the blow-up scans most carefully.
