Used= Opened and Preplayed game.  CD based games May or may not contain minor surface scratches, but tested to play fine. See condition noted in listing which refers to playing surface of disc (Acceptable:  has moderate light scratches, Good:has a few light scratches, Very Good:may have none-1 light scratch, Like New: opened not played other than tested)

New= New in original unopened packaging

Tested=Game was loaded and briefly played.  Games are not played in their entirety.

Return Policy

New games-cannot be returned unless there was a listing error (i.e. wrong game) and MUST be unopened. If a sealed game is opened, it is yours.  7 day notification required.

Used games- can only be returned if not as described in listing (defective, wrong item sent etc) and with notification within 48 hours of receipt.  If I have the same item it will be replaced.  Refunds will occur only if same item cannot be replaced. 

Return shipping fees are not reimbursed

$3.99 for USPS First Class shipping.

Unless noted in the listing, Insurance is NOT included.  Ebay no longer allows for mandatory or optional buyer paid insurance protection. This seller will obtain delivery confirmation on all transactions in the event there is a claim of non-receipt. 

I do combine shipping for multiple items purchased.  Pay the highest shipping amount and then add $2.95 for each additional item (lots and systems excluded).

I only accept paypal and I will only mail to the registered Paypal address-absolutely no exceptions for alternate addresses.  Please make sure your paypal address is correct before bidding.
