Up for auction is a porcelain musical sculpture titled "We're Off To See The Wizard" by the Franklin Mint. Crafted in Tesori Porcelain, this hand-painted work of art portrays Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion on the yellow brick road heading to the Emerald City. After winding it plays the delightful theme "We're Off To See The Wizard" from the movie "The Wizard Of Oz". Included with the porcelain sculpture is a removable glass dome, wood base, 18-note musical movement and Franklin Mint pamphlet. Originally retailing for $160.00 in 1989, it measures 7 1/2" high by 6 1/2" in diameter. It is in excellent condition although the music plays a little slow (maybe from lack of use over so many years). Feel free to ask any questions and thanks for looking.
