Save on shipping:

When you purchase more than 1 item from JNM Trading & Consignment we will discount shipping on each additional item 50%. Items must be able to be shipped together without the risk of damage. You will be charged 100% shipping for the most expensive item to ship you will then receive 50% off of shipping cost for each additional. 

International Shipping:

Because of lost package and charge backs we will only offer tracking with express mail shipping outside of the US and Canada. If you choose priority shipping the USPS does not offer tracking for this service. We are not responsible for any lost international package. If you choose priority we recommend adding the insurance. We apologize for this and we know it is rather expensive but this is the only way we can protect you the customer. This will help in insuring you will receive your item. It also protects us as a business from charge backs when an item is not received. We will still leave insurance optional unless this continues to happen. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Feedback is reciprocal. Our feedback settings are automated. Once you leave us feedback the program will automatically return the favor. If there is issue with an item please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We believe that the customer comes first and we go above and beyond to correct any issue that may occur. Payment is due no later then 5 days after auction end. If payment is not received in specified time a non-paying bidders complaint will be filed. If non-paying bidders complaint is not resolved we will then leave negative feedback.

We ship USPS on Mon, Wed and Fri and UPS on Wed and Fri. In most cases as long as your item is paid in full the day before, it will ship on the following shipping day. Local pick is available for a 2.00 pick fee for clothing and 5.00 pick up fee for items other then clothing. Our shipping rates and pick fees are non-negotiable so please take that into consideration when purchasing. We do discount shipping as long as items can be shipped together. If discount does not reflect in listing feel free to e-mail us.

All sales can be returned within 7 days of receiving item unless otherwise stated in listing. JNM will refund return shipping if return is a result of a error on our part. If customer is unhappy with purchase and item was described properly by JNM then return shipping will be at customers expense. We are not authorized dealers of the products we sell, so please check with manufacture about warranty info.
