IF IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THOUGHT YOU SAW IN MY DESCRIPTION OR PHOTO- I will try to fix it. Sometimes I don't see something you do. I'm human, I sell 100's of different items. It happens. Talk to me.  (not through  feedback page, send me a message or email) Please don't yell at me in the email, I'll cry and I had no idea you had a problem. Say something like..........I received a blue fish not a red fish, How can we remedy this?   ; (

Definitions:

• POLY/MAILERS  They are quality mailing materials I purchase and are durable and suit a lot of my items. These are NOT plastic bags.( in a way they are if we studied the molecular structure, I have not studied them)
• BOXES-(Paper in structure) priority or my own. Thank you experts who email me and tell me Priority Mail boxes are free to me....have you ever tried to put a medium gathering basket in a free priority box?
• BUBBLE WRAP- Do your children or yourself pop them irresistibly?  In reality these are actually another form of protection for your items.  I buy those, although I've heard I should go dumpster diving behind malls.  Yikes!
• NEWSPAPER- Used to secure items also. They don't pop BUT they add insulation on items. You can also read the headlines when your new items arrives. A very green thing to use.
• SHIPPING LABELS- Great and efficient way to  quickly get your item addressed an on its way to you . Not free, but if you have any places I can get them free email me.
• SHIPPING TIME- Usually your item ships out same day as I get payment. I don't know how I can improve on that at all.  In my listing it says I will take up to 5 days to get your item out of my shipping department. (normally my dining room table)  This is a cushion for life happens. Again, I wish I could deliver it to your door myself...but....  So please just check in with me in about a week from payment. I can then tell you exactly when it went out. It can get lost,  life happens, rarely. Most of USPS/UPS items are  to you in 2 days. You should get a automatic notification of when the label gets created.

MORE  STUFF-

•  PACKAGING - If your item is received in PERFECT,  described condition but you don't care for how I packaged it, I'm truly sorry. I get VERY creative. I'd love to let you know how many pieces of tape and bubble wrap I use...I just can't. My family would wonder why I was still in my shipping department (dining table) and dinner wasn't  I really am an expert packer to get you your item safely. Buy insurance if you're concerned.
•  COMBINED SHIPPING- I do.  Items are combined on a item by item basis please refer to the READ THIS: reference before bidding, I'll do what I can on combo ships! Some of the items are from my fellow friends and baskets folks. If I cannot combine- there's a good reason. .99 start bids that end at .99 are very hard to combine. You can make that call on mulitples after you've asked me.
•  FEEDBACK:  Contact me if you see a problem, BEFORE you leave feedback.  I'm human, human things happen. I try to resolve everything.
•  I cannot resolve very easily if you decide you need to resolve things without my help on the feedback page. That's not what it's for.LOOK AT MY FEEDBACK.  All of it if you care to, I'm am an honest seller and do the right thing.
