This is a   pair of women's  BRIGGS NEW YORK pants...  They are new with tag.   Size 16. Color is stone (light tannish). . Material is washable -  97% cotton  3% spandex . Legs  measure 19" around the bottom of the hemline.  These pants have a 1" wide waistband.  there are 5 belt loops. There are two front pockets.  The front is flat fitting and there is a  zipper. closure.   Approx. waist measurement is 36".  The inseam is 31" and the outer seam is approx. 42"  (including the waistband).. The manufacturer's retail price is $44.00.   The label indicates:  'The Slimming Solution' - built in tummy control instantly slims you.  Body appears longer and more sculpted; stretch fabric for comfort.  preferred by 4 out of 5 women over products without 'The Slimming Solution' feature.  Winning bidder to pay a fixed  $6.75 shipping/handling fee.    MY POLICY:  I  SHIP ONLY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.  Buyer MUST contact me within 3 days after the auction closes to confirm receipt of the invoice and indicate when payment will be made.
