The Drop Shop tries to be fair to both the buyer and the seller. In order to process a payment in a reasonable amount of time to the original owner, we require that payment must be made in full by the highest bidder to The Drop Shop in no more than 5 days of the auctions ending date. There will be no exceptions unless an arrangement has been made by The Drop Shop through email. If no contact has been made or no payment has been received, the item may be relisted and an unpaid item notification will be sent to Ebay.

The shipping costs are not calculated by distance, they are a flat rate fee. It doesn’t matter if you are 10 miles away or 3000 miles away. Do not bid on this item if you are going to complain about the shipping costs… you know what they are before you bid. I may combine shipping for multiple items, but do not demand it after the auctions are over. Ask before you bid if I will combine shipping costs. The Drop Shop always packs and ships your merchandise in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. The shipping price quoted in each individual auction is always for areas within the continental USA only. This email must include the words “shipping price quote” in the subject line. No P.O. Boxes can be accepted as a valid mailing address. We ship to physical addresses only. Please contact us if you have question concerning this policy (for example: the military APO or FPO addresses). Special circumstances are handled on a case by case basis. If you pay through PayPal and your address is not confirmed, you must send us an email stating that the address that is listed on your eBay invoice is your official mailing address. We must receive your confirmation email before we will ship your purchase. This email must be sent to ebaydropshop@gmail.com and must include the words “PayPal address confirmation” in the subject line. Any VAT and/or Duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your purchase will be shipped within 1 to 2 days after your payment in full is received. Normal transit takes 3 to 7 days. If your order has special circumstances and may not be received within our normal transit time, we will contact you via email. On orders that we ship via DHL, UPS or FedEx ground, we will provide you with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
