• These designs are 100% Manually Digitized.

• We have tested these designs to bring you best quality workmanship

• You will need an embroidery machine to stitch these designs

• I am in digitizing business from last 5 Years and doing embroidery since last 8 years

• You will need the appropriate hardware/software to transfer my designs to your embroidery machine. ie: reader/writer, amazing/magic/ultimate box.

• My designs will be send on CD.

• zip file will contain the PDF where you can find the color codes

• We don't offer any refunds on these designs If you have any problem with the design please contact use with your item number and we will be happy to provide you the technical support

• 1 .All the designs will be  ship on CD via USPS  Due to recent ebay policy we can no longer  provide free e mail delivery  And We regret for that. For international buyers please contact us before purchasing.
  2. I ship the designs from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST
  3. I reserve week ends with my kids and thank you for your understanding!
  4.  I ship the designs via USPS mail it takes about 2~5 Business days to deliver depending you zip code
  

I do not ship the designs on Floppy disks. :-(

Return policy of software

• We do not offer refund on any regular purchase or on any sale. If you received broken or damaged CD during delivery process, Please let us know we will  be happy to replace it with new CD without any extra shipping cost.

Save on combine shipping 

• For first item shipping is 3.00$ and for each additional item it will be 1.00$

• If you are buying more then one auction please do not pay until you finish all of you shopping ,Once you finish your shopping request a combine invoice to qualify for combine shipping discount.
