WARRANTY & RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY We want you to be 100% satisfied. We offer a 30-day return policy. After 30 days any required service of the refurbished tool can be had at any Paslode Authorized Service Center at owner's expense.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or an item that is not working properly, contact us at 866.466.8020 or at outlet@paslode.com. We will connect you with our Technical Services Department for troubleshooting assistance before we issue an RMA. We may offer a like-kind exchange or a refund.
You may contact our Technical Services Department at any time for free trouble-shooting assistance at 800.222.6990, Option 3.
PAYMENT Buyer will receive an email within 24 hours linking them to our secure online payment website administered by PayPal. Payment must be received within 5 days or the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left. Buyer may also complete payment immediately using the “Pay Now” feature located on the auction page.
Paslode’s Factory Refurbished Outlet only accepts the following secure forms of payment through PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck.

SHIPPING
- Buyer pays a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for 1-6 day UPS Ground service to anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States.
- Additional $35 to ship USPS Priority Mail to AK & HI only.
- Items will be processed within (3) business days of receipt of cleared payment.
- Items will only be shipped to a physical US address.
- For security reasons, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
- We Do Not Ship Outside the US; We Do Not Ship Internationally.

SALES TAX The final auction price includes the applicable state sales tax.

FACTORY REFURBISHED CONDITION Each factory-refurbished tool undergoes an extensive, multi-step inspection process in our Tool Repair Center by a trained Paslode factory-service technician. All tools have been cleaned, parts replaced when necessary with genuine Paslode service parts, and test-fired to ensure that the tool is 100% operational. Below is an example of cosmetic blemishes and scratches that can be expected on our refurbished tools.

DESCRIPTION OF TOOL CLASSIFICATION Class A tools (FR) are cosmetically near-perfect and fully operational.
Class B tools (UR) (also known as the 'moderately used / heavier wear’) show some use & wear on the housing and exhibit blemishes such as engravings, scrapes/gouges, or possibly writing. However, these tools are factory-refurbished, cleaned, and test-fired to ensure they’re fully operational.
Please be assured that ALL of our refurbished tools have been completely refurbished, cleaned, parts replaced when necessary with genuine Paslode parts, and test-fired to ensure they operate 100% - regardless of their classification. We value your business and are confident that this refurbished tool will meet and/or exceed your expectations.
RESTOCKING FEE A $49 Restocking Fee will apply in the following situations:
- Returned items that are non-defective after being tested and verified by our Tool Repair Center technicians; applicable where a like-kind replacement tool has already been shipped
- Returned items that are returned in visibly used or damaged condition
- Returned items t hat are not the result of defective/damaged merchandise or a shipping error
- Returned items that are missing any of the following accessories: battery or battery charger
- This charge will be applied to the original mode of payment
ALTERNATE SERIAL NUMBER FEE A $200 fee will apply in the following situation:
- Returned items that do not match the serial number associated with the unique RMA number. This charge will be applied to the original mode of payment; applicable where the items has been verified by our Tool Repair Center technicians.
