If the condition above says "New" it is still sealed. If the condition above says "Like New" it is open, the jewel case may have been replaced by us due to a crack or it was never sealed originally from the manufacturer.

We do not sell CD's with broken cases.

We will not remove the jewel cases for shipping.

We do not sell homemade CD's or bootlegs of any kind.
