COMBINED SHIPPING
Combined shipping at a reduced cost is available for multiple items purchased within 7 days. Items must be checked out and paid for together in one PayPal transaction. Combined shipping fees are as follows: Pay full price of the highest shipping and handling fee and then each additional single car ships for only $1.00. For each additional movie moment add $2.00 and add $3.00 for each additional 3 pack. Please contact us if you have any questions or if other arrangements are requested.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Items are new and come from a pet and smoke free home.

We give extra care to carefully package all items for shipping. All items except loose cars are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a box filled with peanuts for safe delivery. Loose cars are wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a bubble envelope unless otherwise requested. DO NOT be fooled by other sellers with low shipping costs. Many of them simply package your item in a bubble envelope. This provides NO protection against the item being damaged, dented and/or bent during shipping.

We ship within 1 business day following receipt of payment. Items will be shipped to the name and address in the PayPal Transaction Details to ensure both buyer and seller are protected under PayPal's policies. If an alternate address is necessary, please e-mail us with the information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For US deliveries (48 states), Delivery Confirmation is included with most USPS shipped packages. We email the delivery confirmation number once the package has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We gladly ship worldwide. This includes Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we will no longer be shipping to Italy. Previous shipments to Italy have taken anywhere from 2 to 4 months and some packages never made it to their destination. Therefore, we have decided it is just too unreliable.

INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is recommended and is an incremental cost. The buyer will be offered insurance at checkout. We highly recommend purchasing insurance, otherwise it is at your own risk.

All sales are final. However, we strive to make all our customers happy! If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will do our best to remedy it. Occasionally mistakes are made and we will do everything in our power to fix it.

Our little family business started innocently enough. It started about 2 years ago when our son, Nicholas, got several of the first series (desert scene) Disney cars for Christmas from his grandma. He was absolutely obsessed with the movie and the cars! He insisted he just had to have the entire collection. We searched all over town with no luck - like many of you.

Finally, we realized the only way to complete his collection and his obsession was through eBay. We bid on and won a lot of cars that would complete his set but also had several extra cars he already had. No problem, we'll just resell the extras!

We enjoyed the selling process so much we decided to continue selling cars on eBay as we found them around town. All the while searching for the elusive, newly released Disney cars that Nicholas just had to have. It was just supposed to be a little hobby on the side. Little did we know that there would be a series 2 (Supercharged), Series 3 (World of Cars) and now series 4 (RaceORama). And little did we know that there were as many people obsessed with the little Disney diecast cars as we were. As our business grew, we began working with a Mattel distributor. We now currently buy almost all of our cars through him.

Our children, Nicholas and Kaitlyn, are the true experts in the business! All technical questions relating to a specific car and/or the movie are directed towards them. They have watched the movie, Cars, over 50 times. I'm pretty sure Nicholas can recite the entire movie word for word.

We have been truly blessed with our small family business. We have met some wonderful people from all over the world online. And we have been lucky enough to have many repeat buyers who we consider friends. We enjoy getting to know our customers on a personal level. We love to hear their stories of how they got started collecting, how happy it makes their children when new cars arrive, etc. It is this more personal relationship that makes the mundane aspects of running a business more worthwhile. So we would love to hear from you.
As for our son's collection, he currently has over 100 Disney diecast cars and is still going strong. He still loves the movie, collecting the new cars and helping us with the business. He is eagerly awaiting the movie, Cars 2 due out sometime in 2010.
