Up for Auction is a Beautiful and Rare Find.  A New, NOS 2008, Unplayed Gibson LES Paul Standard Traditional. Beautiful Bound Ebony Finish With a Ivory Binding and Ivory Pickguard. A Plekd Rosewood Fretboard And Chrome  Hardware. Has a Few Blems from hanging around in the store tried to picture them but they would not show up against the Shiny Black Finish. There are 2 very small indentations on the front, bass side a few inches over from the bridge, some scuffs on the back and a bit of worming on the back of the treble side horn. Includes The Gibson Hardshell Case. This is not the cheaper Traditional Pro Model. It is the Traditional Standard. It will include a sales receipt from a large Gibson Retailer to validate the Lifetime Gibson Warranty. Check Out the Pics, What You See Is What You Get. Specs are as follows Per Gibson.

The Gibson Les Paul Standard Traditional Electric Guitar earns its name thanks to the traditional features you expect in a Les Paul guitar: mahogany body, set neck with rounded '50s profile, maple top, and a pair of Gibson's '57 Classic humbucker pickups. One significant, yet not-so-traditional improvement: the neck is analyzed by Gibson's Plek machine. Using computer precision Gibson Plek files the frets and cuts slots in the nut to an accuracy of a hundredth of a millimeter for optimal action and intonation without string buzzing.
