Payment

We expect payment within 5 days of the completed auction or store item purchase. We accept Mastercard, Visa, or American Express or Paypal. For direct credit card payment please call 800.849.9116 between 9AM and 4PM Eastern Time and ask for Tina. Or if you're in the area you can pick it up in person during the branch's normal business hours and save yourself the shipping and handling. Sales tax applicable to shipping locations where we maintain a physical address.

Shipping

We ship via UPS and freight line (usually Estes or UPS/Overnite). Items are available for pickup at all of our locations. Please check particular store for hours.

Terms of Sale

Unless otherwise stated all sales are final. We make every attempt at giving an honest representation of the items for sale. However, sometimes things may be unintentionally overlooked. Any return of goods or refunds must be approved in advance.
