OUR SHIPPING COSTS and INFORMATION and OUR RETURN POLICY
We ship worldwide. However, we reserve the right to decline to ship to countries where high rates of damage occur or where fraudulent transactions are common. We promise to ship all ordered product within 5 days of cleared payment. Most items will ship within 48 hours. But please keep in mind that we currently ship more than 200 items per month and sometimes there just isn’t enough time to professionally and properly package them all for absolute safe delivery. We are not enforcing a wait period but we are trying to make sure that your order arrives undamaged and that we can continue to keep prices low by not hiring additional personnel. You will always receive an email with the shipping date and our carriers (FedEx or UPS) will send an email with tracking numbers on large cartons. Please assume that delivery will take 5 to 8 business days. All kinds of things can slow down delivery including accidents, floods, earthquakes and many other circumstances, none of which we have any control. You will receive quality guitars and equipment, professionally and carefully packaged.
Shipping Cost to the 48 Contiguous U. S. States is $15.00. Insurance is included. Signature may be required at delivery. The likely carrier is FedEx.
Shipping Cost to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada is $40.00. Insurance is included. Signature may be required at delivery. The likely carrier is USPS.
Shipping Cost to APO or FPO address is $40.00. Insurance is included. Signature at delivery may be required. The likely carrier is USPS
Shipping Cost to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland is $85.00. Insurance is included. However, if a hard-shell case is not included, one must be purchased for protection during transit. The cost of the case is $64.95 and is in addition to the winning bid and the shipping cost. The likely carrier is USPS.
Shipping Cost to all other countries is by quote. This is because most unlisted countries have carton size limitations. Please don’t bid until we have provided an estimate of shipping costs. We will refund any overcharged estimated shipping cost.
Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or in shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility
Please check with your country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to bidding or buying.
These charges are collected by the delivering company or when you pick it up. Please don’t confuse them with additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”. U. S. and International government regulations prohibit this.
Return Policy
If you decide you want to return your purchase for credit or refund, we’ll make sure that you don’t lose a single cent on this transaction. Even on a return we want you to have a 100% positive transaction. We’ll refund the original price you paid, your original shipping cost and that same shipping cost for the return trip. All you need do is request a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number and package it exactly like it was packaged when sent to you. All paperwork and any accessories must be included and the same carton and packaging must be used. Naturally, the item must be in the same condition as when shipped. If it is not, or if anything is missing, or the item is improperly packaged, we do reserve the right to apply a restocking charge of up to 15%. Item return and shipping return costs refunds apply only to purchases from U. S. and Canadian locations.
