By bidding on, or purchasing, the product posted in this eBay listing, you, the buyer, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions stated below.

ADDITIONAL AUCTION INFO:

• Only what is shown in the auction photo and mentioned in the listing is included, anything else should be understood to not be included.
• Most auction items are used, so if it doesn't say new, it should be assumed to be used.
• For sale is for the auction item only, no service or tech support are included, but if you have a question feel free to ask and we'll answer if we can.
• All sales are final, please understand that this is an auction environment, not a retail store, so make sure the item is right for you, before bidding.

PAYMENT:

• We accept payment by Paypal, and we only ship to the address which the buyer provides within the Paypal payment, no exceptions.
• We accept payment by cashier's check, these will typically clear right away.
  
• We accept payment by personal and business checks, but you should expect a substantial delay in your order; these will take 5 business days to clear in-state (CA), and 10 business days to clear out-of-state.
  
• Buyers are given 7 days from winning bid to pay, and payment is expected of all winning bidders
  
• If no payment is made within 7 days, an unpaid item reminder will be filed with eBay, and the item may be re-listed for sale at seller's option (buyer forfeits the auction win)
• We are required by state law to collect sales tax (9.25%) on all items shipping to a CA address.
  

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING:

• Local pickup is normally not usually available; exceptions are sometimes made, but only for larger orders ($300+), and only for cash payment upon pickup.
• We charge flat-rate shipping, and there is no extra cost to ship to AK, HI, PR, or PO boxes, these are all fine.
• Shipping cost includes packaging cost including time and materials, and also includes shipping insurance (either through carrier, or self-insure); we guarantee delivery to the address you provided, or else a refund if the carrier loses the package.
  
• Smaller items will normally ship USPS and heavier items will normally ship Fedex Ground.
• Heavier items going to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, or PO boxes will ship via USPS parcel post
  
• All items must be shipped using our shipping account, we don't use anyone else's account to ship items.
• Packages valued $250 or more will ship with signature required upon delivery.
  
• We cannot normally offer expedited or express shipping. If this is something that you crucially need, please contact us *before* bidding to see if we can do this for you.
• Items will normally ship within 2 business days from the date of payment clearing (but most items will ship the next business day).
• You can typically expect to receive your item in under a week for smaller items, or 5-9 days for larger heavier items shipping ground delivery.
• Combined shipping: take $3 off shipping for each auction won after the first, if the items are paid for together.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• International bidders, please contact us about the possibility of international shipping, prior to bidding/purchasing, not all items may be shipped internationally.
• International buyers are responsible for additional costs of international shipping: shipping cost and also import duties / taxes of your country of residence.
• International shipping cost is NEVER refundable for any reason. Please only bid if you understand this.
  

WARRANTY:

• All of our Ebay items are guaranteed to arrive working normally, they come with 30 day warranty.
• 30 days should be plenty of time to verify you received a working item.  After 30 days we cannot accept any returns, unfortunately, so please check your purchase promptly and let us know if there happens to be any issue.
  
• 30 day warranty means that the item must be returned to us (received by us) within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to the buyer.
• Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping.
  
• Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all included items - returning the item damaged or dismantled will void the warranty.
• We do not cross-ship, or ship any replacement, before the item is returned to us.
• Once the item is returned, we will ship a replacement item, if it's available.
• If a replacement isn't available, a full refund, including original shipping & handling charges, will be given.

FEEDBACK:

• Once the transaction has been completed, as indicated by buyer leaving feedback, feedback will be left for the buyer as well
• Before leaving neutral or negative feedback, please email instead, all issues can be fixed by communicating, we prefer to have satisfied customers

COMMUNICATION:

• All communication is by email only, not phone - please use the "Ask seller a question" link in the auction page.
• All reasonable emails will be replied to, please allow 24-48 hours for a response, and check your email filter if you don't see a reply within 48 hours.
• Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days so no reply should be expected during the weekend.
