How do I complete my order?

After winning an auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase you will now have two options:

1) Check out now:You will be redirected by ebay after you have won the item, to the check out page then over to PayPal to make payment, or be given instructions on sending payment through the mail.
          
2) Checkout Later:You may continue shopping or bidding on our items. You can either wait for our email containing your combined shipping invoice. This email is automatically sent shortly after auction close. But you can also let us know you have finished shopping and we will combine your order shortly after. 

How do I combine shipping?

If purchasing more than one item please let us know when you have finished and we will send combine invoice with discounted shipping.

We offer combined invoicing for single payments on multiple items, shipping discounts is given at a minimum rate of 35% on additional items but only when paid for together.

Can I pay by mail?

Yes. We do accept "paper payments" but may take longer for dispatch. We are unable to take payments over the phone.

Please use Ebay checkout if you are sending payment as this will help stop unpaid item reminders being sent.

If your order arrives and there is any problem with it or it is damaged then please speak to us first before leaving bad feedback.

If your complaint is sent in a polite and sensible manor then you may be surprised how much we will bend over backwards for you.

After all its you that keeps us in business.

Very occasionally items are lost in the post, we will arrange for a suitable replacement to be sent but first ask you wait up to 15 days from the date of payment to be certain the original item was in fact lost, royal mail will not open our claim until this time.

Returns.

Postage charge of returned items is at buyers own cost unless damaged or faulty. Any items that arrive damaged please try to notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.

You have the right to return any item for any reason within 7 days of receipt as long as returned unused (again at buyers cost unless damaged or faulty) for a refund.

If item is returned for refund when item is not faulty the refund will only be for the the items original cost excluding original postage charge.

If item is returned faulty we will refund including postage and your cost of return postage upto a maximum of the original postage cost.
