We are an importer and all of our furniture is brand new in it's original box and packaging, some items may be re-packaged for shipment.   We do stock these items so we can bring you the lowest prices and fastest shipment, but we may be out of stock occasionally and may take up to 6 weeks to get back in stock.  We do require photos of any damaged items before we file a damage claim, small nicks and scratches are not covered by UPS most common carrier trucking service damage claims. Damage during shipping has to go thru UPS or other common carrier trucking service claims department for re-imbursement for damages only if the shipping insurance is paid for.   Please ask us any questions you might have by e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.   All non-damage returns may incur a 10%-20% restocking fee, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
