• We provide a 14-day money back guarantee, and a full 30-day parts and labor warranty. The warranty on parts and labor is for 30 Days by 199 Computer Store. An extended warranty up to 2 years is available through our partner company, Square Trade, at a small additional cost. You can click the Square Trade link below for EXTENDED WARRANTY options. Warranty applies to hardware only, not software. Software issues are not covered.
• We do not test or warranty the battery life in any of our laptops.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service department at Computerstore199@aol.com. Your purchase will be refunded less shipping and handling. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping upon any repairs or returns and in the case of a refund, a $30 outbound (us to you) shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
• All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
