Upon arrival and opening up the package and removed the packaging I realized there was a bit of a crack on one the clips right on the side. I tried to not pay attention to it too much and attempted to maybe fix it myself. But upon reaching out to the seller they apologized for the inconvenience and offered me to reship a new replacement, without needing to return the one original broken one. Thank you to them and their great customer service and support I will consider buying from them again

Unfortunately the item was damaged during shipping. Item was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and wrapping so looks like negligence on the freight company. The seller was quick to offer a replacement or a refund. Overall customer service was great. The lip quality looked good.
